V-PMO initiative is to help organizations involved in Program/Project Management, Innovation, and Product Development, by providing services covering entire Program/Project Life Cycle either Virtually or Physically, On Demand or On long term basis. The services are Consulting, Skill Enhancement, taking ownership of end to end Project by setting up a Virtual Project Management Office for client.
Studies across the world indicate that the success of a Project/Program largely depends on having a proper organizational structure with appropriate technology deployment, best practices and right communication /coordination protocols. Various studies have also shown that companies with the Project Management Office (PMO) have a significantly higher project/program management maturity, helping them to convert strategies into meaningful outcomes faster and within budget.
